Tips and Guidance at Home

• Speak to me at eye level, face-to-face. This way, I can understand you much better!

• If there's a loud noise around me, draw my attention to it and show me where the noise is coming from. This will help me be exposed to different sounds and understand where they originate.

• It’s true, we’re not entirely sure yet what I can and cannot hear. But it’s important to keep talking, singing, and making me laugh. This will strengthen our bond and help me develop communication skills!

• Use hand movements and gestures to help me understand your message better!

• When you're telling me a story or playing with me, try to do it in a quiet environment. This will make it easier for me to grasp and understand the story or the game's instructions!
